2. We will then confirm availability of dates, any special requests and our latest rates.

3. To accept and make a reservation, just email us and we will hold your dates for 7 days to allow time for the $300/£200 deposit payment, signed booking form and rental terms to arrive. Your balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.
If your arrival date is within 8 weeks then full payment is due immediately.

We accept payment in US Dollars and Pounds Sterling either by check/cheque, Credit or Debit card.
We add a surcharge of 3% for payment by Debit/Credit card.

All reservations are subject to agreement of our rental terms and conditions.
